Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, your order may be returned within 30 days. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Cactus Rain is not responsible for products lost or stolen in shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

-Sale items. Only regular priced items are refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Shipping cost are non-refundable

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Online Shipping Policy

Shipping
Your order should ship out within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated ship date. When ordered with other products, we will ship the complete order at once.

We try to offer the quickest most economical shipping. Most packages will arrive USPS First Class or Priority. 

Once an order has shipped you will receive notification and can track your order.

International Customers
As required by law, we complete all Customs forms according to the regulations provided by the United States Postal Service. Depending on your country's Customs policy, you may or may not owe duty and/or taxes on your purchase. If you would like to know in advance the amount of duty or tax you may owe on your package, we suggest you contact your country's Customs Department. It is your responsibility to pay the duties and/or taxes assessed on your purchase; we are not responsible for, nor will we reimburse you for any of these charges.
